Okay so it’s been a week since Easter, you now have no excuse. It’s time to reclaim your abs! Below are some tips to get you started!


  1. Start each day with a cup of hot water with some squeezed lemon inside and ginger
  2. Try to put less salt and Maggi in the food, rather use other green herbs and spices to spice up a dish which is healthier for the body. Like for example black pepper, chili, coriander, basil, thyme and scent leaves. It will make your immune defense stronger and food healthier.
  3. Get going with some calorie burning activities! Sign up for a Zumba or spin class. Try running or doing a 100 skips every morning.
  4. Do eat, make mindfully and make better choices. Fill up your plate with pepper soup, moi-moi, chicken and vegetables. (leave the dressing on the table) Choose fresh juice over your super malt, plain yoghurt and fruit over red velvet cake and ice-cream, peanuts over crisps, straight whisky and ice over whisky and a mixer.
  5. Drink tons of water between meals. Not only will this aid in digestion, it will also fill you up and make you skips a few plates.
